How much does it cost?
Introductory first session £30
Individual sessions (50 minute) £50
Payment is required at the beginning of each session, or in advance.
When can I get an appointment?
Daytime appointments are available Monday to Friday, sometimes at short notice depending on room availability.
If you require an evening appointment please contact me as this varies.
Regular on-going counselling appointments usually take place on the same, mutually agreed, day and time weekly or fortnightly, however there may be some flexibility depending on your requirements.
How do I contact you?
Please get in touch by phone or email. If I am unable to answer the phone please leave your name and phone number ONLY and I will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
How many sessions are required?
I will be guided by your circumstances and requirements. I offer both short term (usually between 4-8 session) or long term therapy, with the number of sessions required varying from client to client, dependent on your individual needs.
What about confidentiality and data protection?
Confidentiality is central to therapy and underpins ethical practice. I will explain the limits to confidentiality and GDPR during the introductory session.
Do you counsel children, couples or families?
I only offer counselling to individuals aged over 18.
I do not offer couples or family counselling.
